Defined a method for starting the application. This method is composed of three conditions. First, the application id should not equal 0, application creation is called if 0 to create it. Second condition checks if the OnComplete action of the transaction is delete transaction, the application deletion method is called. Finally, if non eof the other conditions match and the first argument of the transaction matches the AppMethods.buy value, then the buy() method is called. If none of the conditions match, the transaction is rejected.
