Added to the constants utils. Defined a minRound variable, this will be used later to limit the search for transactions up to a specific round. Next, added a marketplaceNote, this allows us to find products in the marketplace. Lastly, we defined some values; numLocalInts, numLocalBytes, numGlobalInts and numGlobalBytes. These values will be used for when we run our application, useful so we don't need to find these values any time.
