feat: bootstrap AlgoKitComposer product
Adds the AlgoKitComposer plumbing (product, binary target, two Swift targets, umbrella dep, and Sources/ directories) so the algokit-core release workflow's Package.swift rewriter can find and replace the algokit_composerFFI binary target on future releases. The binary target's URL and checksum are placeholders; they are overwritten on every v* release.
