PERA-4149 | Fix amount field crash on pasted formatted numbers 
Pasting text that contained grouping separators broke the OffsetMapping
invariants in DecimalFormattedVisualTransformation and crashed the field.
Pass such input through unchanged so the mapping only runs on digits and
the decimal separator.
